Door Panel

The doors are constructed with a ¾” cabinet grade birch plywood for structural integrity. Standard 18 gauge stainless steel edge capping presents a clean, finished appearance and extra edge protection. Optional perimeter gasketing provides a positive seal for thermal and visual separation.

Impact Plates

Stainless steel impact plates, standard on the 3002 model, are screwed to both sides of the door’s surface.

Hinge

Proven hinge system mounts to the jamb with offset cam system and hardened rollers, for years of service with minimal maintenance.

Window & Frames

Each window is ¼” polycarbonate with either a vacuum formed frame or gasket. All windows are factory installed. 9” x 14” is standard, additional sizes are available.
